This policy governs our ethical principles, enterprise safeguards, and strict confidentiality protections regarding AI.
01. Our Core AI Commitments
We operate under three non-negotiable principles when deploying AI across our platform:
- Zero Training on Client Confidential Records: Your cap tables, financial statements, director IDs, trademark specifications, and tax returns are never used to train, re-train, fine-tune, or improve any public foundation models (including OpenAI, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source weights).
- Enterprise Zero-Data Retention (ZDR): Whenever cloud machine learning inference APIs are leveraged for document parsing or classification, we enforce strict enterprise API agreements ensuring data is processed ephemerally in-memory and deleted immediately upon output generation.
- Human-in-the-Loop Mandatory Sign-Off: AI is an analytical co-pilot, never the final adjudicator. No incorporation form, trademark objection reply, or tax calculation is submitted to an official government portal without verified vetting and digital signature by a licensed Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary.
